David Frost has been Leasing and Selling commercial real estate since 1993. Before joining Three West in 2010, he started his career with Real Estate One and focused on commercial leasing from the beginning and has become known in the Grand Traverse Region as the leasing specialist. His knowledge of leasing has created a connection with many investment property owners, which has lead to his involvement in the sale and or acquistion of investment property. He has been awarded the Presidents Circle Award, Division Volume Leader Commercial Award and the Office Top Producer Commercial Award from Real Estate One.
David received his Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin and went on to do business and real estate investment analysis for an investment group in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In the mid 80's, David and his wife moved to Northern Michigan.
David has leased over 400 properties in the last 16 years to tenants such as the State of Michigan, the Federal Government, Sears, Plante & Moran, Waddell & Reed, Tower Automotive and Wells Fargo.
David has created a massive lease database providing valuable current and historic knowledge of the regions leasing market. He has mastered the skill of negotiation and is known for his attention to detail in the completion of a transaction. All of his clients have been very pleased with the process and the end result.
